Nope! There’s no need to adjust your plans; we can safely collect and return your dog while you’re away, using secure access options like a gate code, key, or yard entry.

We ask that all dogs wear a properly fitted collar with an ID tag. Please also let us know about any allergies or sensitivities—our trainers will take care of the rest.

Before joining, each dog must be assessed in a 1-1 session to ensure they are confident, social, and responsive to enjoy and benefit from pack adventures. We prioritise safety and set dogs up to succeed.

We work in all weather where it is safe to do so. However, your dog’s wellbeing is always our priority. In high heat, we adjust the pace, seek shade, and prioritise hydration. If conditions become unsafe (extreme heat or storms), sessions may be modified or rescheduled with notice.
